Shipping Policy
All In Stock goods will be dispatched within 1-2 Business Days of Order.
Pre Ordered and Out Stock Items can be ordered but please contact us first to find our lead times to avoid disappointment.
All orders are shipped via our third party courier and freight companies, dependant on location and order quantities.
We may not be able to provide tracking immediately but please contact our friendly staff and they will keep you updated.
Once goods have been booked in for dispatch we cannot change your order. If you wish to change your order prior to it being shipped please contact us immediately.
Product Returns for change of mind etc must be returned to our Melbourne Warehouse and may be subject to a re stocking fee.
Currently, we just ship within the Australia.

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days. (Monday – Friday) using Couriers Please or Australia Post, Depending on location.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address or other causes.
Shipping Status:
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we'll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.
BULKY ITEMS:
Any products listed as a Bulky Item are excluded from standard shipping costs.
All Bulky items will be marked as PICK UP ONLY in the product description and will be available for pick up within 24hours if in stock
We are happy to provide quotes prior to purchase for Bulky Items, please contact our team with your delivery details and we will arrange.
Order changes:
Once your order has been confirmed, it may be unable to be changed
Please contact us ASAP if changes need to be made and we will see what we can do.
Item not received:
If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it within the timeframe listed, please contact our friendly team who will help to resolve.
Often the parcel may be placed with a neighbour or returned to the depot if there is not a safe place to leave it.
